Office hours for Academy Administration
Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM – 6:30PM, and Friday, 8:00AM – 6:00PM. For individuals in academic departments, check the department’s building for posted hours or contact the department’s administrative assistant or director.
Course Syllabus
Students access their syllabi two weeks prior to semester start for their classes online: http://online.academyart.edu/login.html.
My Academy ID
IDs are free for new students starting their first semester at the university only. Continuing students should obtain a semester specific sticker at the start of every term to be applied to their existing ID card.
Information about Academy Transportation
Visit the online bus schedule. A printed version of the bus schedules are available at all buildings.
Reimbursement Procedures
Students should contact their advisor who will provide them with the information and forms to be filled out for any refunds.

Class supplies and textbooks
Art supplies for all classes are available at discounted prices for all Academy students at Utrecht Art Supplies, located at 149 New Montgomery St. All textbooks are available at discount prices at Academy of Art University Virtual Bookstore. Some courses may have mandatory course fees, which cover supply kits that will be given to you.

Information on Academy Scholarships
Individual academic departments have scholarships from private and corporate gifts and endowments. Ask your Department Director or Administrative Assistant about scholarships that may be available.
