Academy Sports Day

While fine art was being displayed at 701 Chestnut, athletic abilities were being tested in Golden Gate Park. Athletics Director Paul Bayly hosted his 3rd Academy Sports Day and Barbecue in Speedway Meadows the afternoon of April 30th. Student teams competed in volleyball, soccer, tug-of-war, and other relay activities including a 7-legged race and drag relay. With bright yellow enthusiasm, it was hard to miss the buzz of Academy school pride in the park.
