RULES and ELIGIBILITY
  • IMPORTANT: REFERRAL FORM MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE THE REFERRED STUDENT’S START DATE.
  • Each current student’s eligibility for art supplies is limited to one registered student for every 12 months per Federal Department of Education regulations.
  • Both Referring and Referred student must be concurrently enrolled in the semester of referral.
  • Both Onsite and Online students are eligible.
  • Must be referred student’s first semester.
  • Gift cards are recipients’ sole responsibility and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • You will be notified when your Utrecht gift card is ready to be picked up or mailed.
