Ballet

Instructor: Brenna O'Hair

Days and Times:

Beginner/Intermediate Monday 7-8 PM
Intermediate/Advanced Monday 8-9 PM

Ballet covers fundamentals of ballet positions, posture, and steps.

We work at the barre and in center learning how to perform ballet steps correctly as well as the meaning behind each step. Ballet exercises almost every muscle in your body, tones muscles, and exercises your mind.

Class begins with a short stretch and warm up, barre work, and center. Ballet helps boost creativity, relieves stress, and is a really great break for your mind away from studies.

Location: 620 Sutter Street, Dance Room, 7th Floor

What to Bring: AAU ID, water, comfortable and well fitted work out clothes, and ballet slippers.
Ballet slippers can be purchased online at Discount Dance Supply or at SF Dancewear on Mission Street (between New Montgomery and 3rd).
