Body Sculpting

Instructor: Cassandra Cunningham

Days and Times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9-10 AM

Body Sculpting will teach the student how to tone one's physique. This course will focus on the core muscle groups using small hand weights. Students learn which weight activity develops which muscle groups and why.

In the beginning students will begin body sculpting using no hand weights doing few repetitions. As weeks progress small hand weights will be incorporated adding more repetitions to their fitness routine. Each session will start with lectures on how to use small hand weights and what muscle groups they develop incorporating the method of body sculpting.

Location: 620 Sutter Dance Room

What to Bring: AAU ID, water, proper running or walking shoes (required). Proper attire includes tights, sweatpants, shorts, tee-shirts, tank top. No street clothes or large jewelry, please. It is always best to come dressed in layers to keep your muscles warm.
