HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION REQUEST

Requests are made by downloading our reservation request form, and e-mailing it to telecine@academyart.edu. Put down two available transfer times, and we will e-mail you within 48 hours to confirm. You NO LONGER NEED a Teachers signature on your form, BUT YOU MUST BE ENROLLED IN A CLASS WITH TELECINE STUDIO TIME INCLUDED.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS A REQUEST ONLY, AND DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY ENSURE A RESERVATION TIME.

At the beginning of the semester, "walk-in" transfers are sometimes available – at the discretion of the Colorist.  Reservations may be canceled if you are 15 minutes late for your transfer appointment.
